Bet trigger not working after partial bet match

This is my Excel formula to trigger bets.

The key part is the IF(AA5<Z5,"LAY-F60","") element.

If the odds in column AA are less than the odds in column Z, a lay bet is placed with a Fill or Kill of 60 seconds.

The bet triggers work, but if there is a part match of the bet, T5 does not clear and the bet trigger reloaded to lay another bet for 60 seconds (at lower stakes so that a target liability is met).

It has been a while since I used BA and this is probably very simple, but can someone help me end the formula?

It's not clear in your description, do you want an extra bet or not?
Your current formula will clear cell T5 if
1. race is in play
or
2. all the uncommon bet/acount status you have in your formula (included if the bet is cancelled)

Sorry, for not being clear.

I want to bet to a liability of £50. If a bet is matched for less than £50, the unmatched part of the bet is cancelled via the Fill or Kill switch. However, the new bet (to bring the liability up to £50) is not triggered as the bet reference cell is not cleared if the original bet is partly matched.

its not simple with just formulas

It MAY be done enabling circular reference in Excel but I don't remember how, google it
Another idea (risky) that probably doesn't suits you is by placing your initial bet at eg 120secs before the official off time
and then at 60 secs and for 1sec(or 0.5sec) you place your second bet if conditions met.
Basically you let a very small period of time for the second bet to be placed so you get ONLY one bet
Extra columns with time, remaining liability, CANCEL trigger etc required
