i have code to move to the next market and with .21 just stuck
somehow you brake something was working
why .18 is not available?
guys it is not normal for users to be afraid to update
you just fix something and brake something else and we don't have the option to roll back
i am with .15d right now
thanks for the efford

I don't have the time right now to solve the bugs of your software.
regarding the changes and the updates you SHOULD gives us changes log and keep the previous versions available
I can't even remember the last few years how many updates caused troubles and new bugs which then you fix them
regarding the conversation about not bringing something new it is correct
we are waiting for example for the green trigger at least 3 years now and still waiting...
even now if you tell us what change from .18 to .21 I am quite sure that is all about bug fixes
as to my problem I ll stay with .15d as it has no diff for what i need and it has the same bugs as .18
just wait few days and other users will tell you what is wrong with .21 and .22

mak wrote:since you are doing bug fixes you should keep the previous versions and not force the update
there is no problem with new stuff or bug fixes but you should know until now not to force for update
give the new versions time to check
i have spend 3 hours of my life just to setup an older version and trying to find what i already had this morning
the program had ,have, and will have bugs as all programs
I would prefer to agree that your way to force update is wrong but
It's clear to me also that we will not agree on this point.

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
