Charts don't display(grid and ladder interface)

Hi, i'm trying to open the charts in a selection(horse race) but the program doesn't open it. The next image show where i can't open.



Same in grid interface.

Is there something that i'm doing wrong?

Hi,

It could be that the chart is appearing off screen.

Try using the option "Restore Default Chart Position" which you will find in the Options dropdown menu
