On further checking looks like it is a call to GetEvents that is hanging - presumably trying to get Australian events for a soccer match?

I can't uninstall the bloody thing to re-install, anyone got any idea how to do this?

I can not pick any of additional columns to log - under excel multiple quick link/additional columns. It appears the menu from "quick pick markets" instead. can not log sp
I remember had the same problem some months ago but I don't remember how i solved it - an update? windows reinstall?

i had similar issues and used a handy little tool called the windows install cleanup utility. beware - this thing can cause more trouble than it's worth and i wouldn't touch it if you aren't too IT savvy. microsoft withdrew it for a reason!

Have you tried installing it without uninstalling? Doesn't sound like it was installed in the first place.

Is "enabled triggered betting" ticked when you set up the link? The additional columns only appear when this is enabled.

Apologies, it was a bug that was previously resolved, but re-appeared due to a glitch in the form designer. I have fixed it again. Please uninstall and re-install from the same link.
