Horse equipment - b1, tb, v etc ...

Hi,
On the Racing Post web site, does any one know what all the abbreviations stand for after the horses name?
I know a couple like b = blinkers and v = visor, but is there possibly a list of what they are anywhere?
Also,what do the numbers mean after the jockey's name?
Hope some one can help me please !

x = worn headgear previously but not today
h = hood
b = blinkers
t = tongue strap
v = visor
e = eye shields
p = cheek pieces

A number next to the letter indicates how many times, eg b1 means this is the 1st time on blinkers

The number next to a jockeys name is the weight allowance for that jockey. The weight allowance is usually given to young/inexperienced jockeys to even up the handicap and is removed after they win a cetain number of races

I've learned something new relating to this

"x = worn headgear previously but not today" is probably incorrect!

What you'll generally see is something like 6x, 7x etc. It means the horse is carrying a weight penalty because it won last time out and the number represents the weight in pounds extra it has to carry.
