I need help with triggered betting via Excel??

Hi all,
I am new to triggered betting via Excel, what I'm trying to do is back the live market favourite, in certain races, if priced between 3/1 and 9/2 ten seconds before the off.

Is it possible to automatically load races to excel from the Quick Pick List?
