You can't select the race from the left hand menu any more.

Cheers Gary. :D

Is it going to be a lot of work to sort out the clashing races issue ? I see we've got Longchamps, Baden Baden & Philly coming up.

I haven't figured out exactly how to do it yet. I'll try and get something sorted tomorrow.

Yes, it is working. There are a couple of abandoned meetings. It's working perfectly at Lingfield :D

If I change to line ...

For i = 0 To UBound(liveOddsURLS)

to

For i = UBound(liveOddsURLS) to 0 Step -1

... will this read the races in reverse order. It seems that most
of the time the UK races are listed after the foreign stuff.
Nothing to check it on at the moment.

I'm new to the software, so am going to tinker with it for a month before deciding whether or not to subscribe. This seems to be a very helpful environment though, so thus far I'm certainly impressed.

I just tried loading up the Ladbrokes Live Odds file in conjunction with the betting assistant. It updates/refreshes fine, but for whatever reason, the 'live odds' are not updating and instead "#VALUE!" is present there. Any idea as to how I can fix this?

Thanks

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
