Fixed bug where you could add historical markets from more than two different days. Each Betting Assistant instance is restricted to two consecutive days.

Fixed bug where you could not add historical markets to current tab page if you changed tab page with market picker open. Previously it would only work if closed and reopened the market picker.

I identified an error in the historic data. Delta updates were not included for lay prices when best back price is 1000. It now blanks all lay prices if best back price is 1000. I shall follow this up with Betfair. The data is parsed by the same code used in live markets and this issue does not appear in live markets.
