auto lay s/w - specifying must runners

Hi - i am looking for a simple auto lay system that will place a bet on outcome (not trade) of a race. I have little VBA experience and am in now way an excel guru... so am looking to pay for s/w.

the 3 specifics that are essential to me are :

a: price range of the lay (max and min)
b place bet at selected time before the off
c: that specific runners run in competition to the lay.

i can only find s/w that will flag non runners based on % reduction factor, which is not precise enough and ambiguous. i need to specify the horses that must run by name or number etc..

can anybody point me in the right direction to something that has these specifications plse?

additional specifications such as data import and data screen shot of the field/prices at the off would be a bonus.

I can begin working on it in aprox 2-3 days time. I have most of the conditions you require already finished, the "must have specfic runners" and "screen shot of prices @ spec time" would be the features to add.

would you only require one specific runner from a list for this condition to be met?
