Transactions in cell N2

Hi can anyone help the limit for transaction charges is 1000 per hour does this cell N2 reset back to 0 once the hour is finished? for example N2 said "1000" at 16:45pm at 17:00pm will this cell reset back to 0?

Yes. Every hour, on the hour, it resets to zero. It isn't a rolling count.
