a mistake in definition ? Injury time ?

Anyone can help me to catch the time exactly as displayed in Betfair website from countdown time in Gruss ?

for example: I wanna auto back Even at 80' minute in certain soccer match. (the countdown time includes 1st half injury time + halftime--> getting hard to spot the 80' minute)

I've just spotted a mistake in definition from http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/page/152/Injury-time.htm.
I thought the right one should be "normal time excludes extra time and penalties but includes injury time"
