In case someone jumps in front of u in the queue is it possible the program to update(cancel the previous and fire a new) the bet automatically so to be again the first in the queue? I mean without any use of excel.

Hi Gary. Back using Betting Assistant after a bit of rest. Is the Alpha version still available to download? Alan

Sorry it isn't. We don't plan to go ahead with the feature that appeared in the Alpha version, at least not in that format.

Ok Gary, no problem. You have always provided excellent service so no complaints. Maybe better to 'Unstick' this on the Forum? Still would like to see a Hedging option as a trigger modifier though! Alan

I appreciate you have the greenup.xls sheets available and I have been using them to greenup for some time now however occasionally [and very difficult to catch/error test] it seems that there is a bug [possibly on my side] where the wrong row is written to and the greenup does not work.

Has there ever been any potential to simply have a trigger such as 'green-all' that would trigger the 'close positions' code/button in gruss itself as an easy way to guarantee a close?

Something I wanted for ages - did get some support here but not been
added to or mentioned for quite a while - perhaps you could also add support
for it there?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
