map freezes

Hi, map freezes at the official off time , if restarted shows map far height
pic 12 & 14 are ok
pic 15 & 17 freezed
pic 18 after restart

It turned at the below view byitsef a couple of secs after the official off
Previously I saw a race of 4 runners showing the map correctly

What version of Betting Assistant are you using? That is the old style map. There is a much improved map in version 1.3.4.5

I'm using this instance of BA for recording purposes with no need for update for some time

I'm using 1.3.4.5 and never usually ask for help (yes I'm one of those lurkers), BUT I have so many issues with the software not aligning with the manual! How am I suppose to drive this thing without up to date instructions?

Anyway, now I'm here...

Okay, I messed about with zoom (once I'd hit random keys to find it) and that seems to have fixed it

I am not aware there was a freezing issue in this version. It's only ever been reported in the older version. I'll look into it.

Ah, now the 'Select Horses' button has stopped working

What exactly is not working? Does the list of horses not popup or does it not let you select any when it does?

Is it happening consistently on all markets?

Thanks for the replies.

Yeah, the button is unresponsive after the first one or two uses. Closing and restarting BA is the fix for now.

I can see two issues.

1) If you click outside the selections then you may get an error which makes it unstable. If you don't do this then you should not need to close the application.

2) The selections list is sometimes empty. If you close the list window and click the button again it should work.

I will fix this in the next release which is due in the next few weeks.
