DevReq - Football matches price monitor

Greetings!

I am in a need of an Excel spreadsheet that would would monitor last matched prices on all upcoming football matches (match odds only), and display them in a coupon like view similar to that on Betfair.

Is that possible using Gruss Software?

For example
